In order to access the Canopy portal, users should navigate to https://portal.my-canopy.com (or your custom URL configured during implementation). Once users find themselves on this page, they’ll be greeted with a page that looks similar to the below.

Logging in is as simple as putting in your username and password. For most users, their username will be their email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password.

Once you’ve clicked on the Forgot Password button, you will be navigated to a menu to reset your password.

If your user exists, you will be sent an email to reset you password.

Please note: The reset email comes from an @banyanhills.com email address. If you do not receive an email, please reach out to your organization admin to make sure you have the correct email address.
